Procurement and Accounts Payable Associate

Are you looking for a challenging role that requires strong financial skills and attention to detail?
As a P2P Accountant at OP Mobility, you will be responsible for managing our financial processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
You will process PO and non-PO invoices, handle suppliers' payments and other related queries, participate in month and year-end closing activities, manage Intercompany recharges, handle supplier account reconciliations, and support existing controls in the AP area.
To succeed in this role, you will need prior finance/accounting degree or another relevant faculty, previous experience in accounts payable in an SAP environment, understanding of accounting processes, Office Suite knowledge, and knowledge of English in both speaking and writing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process PO and non-PO invoices;
- Handle suppliers' payments and other related queries;
- Participate in month and year-end closing activities;
- Manage Intercompany recharges;
- Handle supplier account reconciliations;
- Support existing controls in the AP area.
Requirements:
- Prior finance/accounting degree or another relevant faculty;
- Previous experience in accounts payable in an SAP environment;
- Understanding of accounting processes;
- Office Suite knowledge is a must;
- Knowledge of English in both speaking and writing;
- Knowledge of German will be an asset.
