As a Senior Sales Specialist DACH/NL, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the German-speaking markets. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic team.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for the DACH region, focusing on identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing ones.
- Become an expert in the German-speaking market, developing a deep understanding of its dynamics and trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key contractors and partners in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.
- Collaborate with local recruiters to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Germany, minimizing risks and optimizing business operations.
- Contribute to the development of growth strategies, advising on optimal employment conditions.

Key Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in service sales in German-speaking countries and/or the Netherlands.
- In-depth knowledge of the German-speaking market and an extensive network of contacts in the DACH region.
- Fluency in German and very good English skills.
- Practical experience in HR services or employment agencies is a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations in Germany.
- Ability to build business relationships and negotiate terms with contractors.
- Proactive, independent, and result-oriented mindset.
- Experience in organizing accommodation or stays for foreign workers.
- Practical knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Availability to start in Q4 2024.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and strong teamwork skills.
