We are seeking a highly skilled Business Developer for Renewable Energy to join our team in Krakow, Poland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing partnerships to accelerate the growth of solar energy in EMEA.

In this role, you will lead the charge in developing and executing a market strategy to maximize sales opportunities. Your expertise in the EMEA solar industry and market dynamics will enable you to anticipate trends, adapt to regulatory changes, and unlock new business opportunities.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and engage with potential partners, including solar developers, utilities, and technology providers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, industry leaders, and key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate, prepare, and close partnership agreements to expand market presence and deliver results.
  • Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure successful API integration and partner success.

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years business development experience in the European solar or distributed energy sector.
  • Strong network of contacts within the EMEA solar market and an understanding of market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and delivering on business development goals.
  • Knowledge of the European solar regulatory landscape and emerging market trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to Poland.
