As a Finance Specialist in the CANPACK Group, you will play a key role in supporting the company's financial planning and analysis activities. Our dynamic team collaborates closely with other professionals to obtain valuable insights needed for informed decision making. This work is crucial in steering our group strategy, capital allocation, and operating improvements.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the annual budgeting process, forecasting, and reporting across the entire CANPACK Group by providing essential tools, central assumptions, and guidance.
  • Gathering and verifying required deliverables, preparing overviews for the entire CANPACK Group, and consolidating standalone reports.

In addition, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing planned and actual unit production costs across our portfolio of products.
  • Preparing calculations and analysis for applications for financing, insurance, auditors, and consultants.
  • Critically verifying received overviews, reports, analysis, and financial presentations provided by subsidiaries.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A university degree in finance-related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance departments (Controlling, FP&A, Finance Analysis).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with personal confidence to quickly build credibility.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex raw data into simple key messages.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Hands-on attitude and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Fluent English and Polish.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of SAP system will be an advantage.
