Our Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to join our team in Marketing and Business Services Procurement. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and supplier strategy and execution for all third-party spend across Marketing, Business Services, and IT.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies aligned with the business requirements of Brands, Divisions, Markets, and functions.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic suppliers to deliver cost savings, improve quality, and enhance sustainability.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver complex globally led projects across multiple geographies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement procurement processes and tools.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to drive innovation and value creation.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.
Your Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in procurement or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering cost savings and improving supply chain efficiency.
- Strong understanding of procurement principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage a virtual team.
