Job Responsibilities

As a Senior FP&A Specialist with Italian, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
  • Executing complex managerial accounting and reporting tasks to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Safeguarding the quality of Balance Sheet accounts reconciliation process by maintaining effective governance in place
  • Performing complex analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast, and benchmarking of key performance indicators with external and internal peers
  • Analyzing financial data and providing valuable business insights to ensure fact-based decisions
  • Ensuring adequate and dedicated support to responsible Business Controller
  • Defining and coordinating preparation of relevant organization planning, budgeting, and forecasting in line with local and global governance
  • Maintaining proper audit trail and documentation, ensuring SOPs are prepared and updated, and ensuring service delivery is within agreed SLAs and KPIs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years performing finance analysis
  • Experience working in a service delivery model environment
  • Experience working with BI systems
  • Very good understanding of financial statement and accounting principles
  • Fluency in Italian and English (C1 level)

Preferred Qualifications

If you also have the following qualifications, you will be at an advantage in this role:
  • CIMA or ACCA certification
  • Proficiency in Italian
