Dedicated Italian Language Customer Support Agent

As a dedicated Italian Language Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our Italian-speaking clients. You will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer timely solutions while maintaining positive relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis is a hybrid role working from Krakow, where you will work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver services and products efficiently. Your main responsibilities will include managing customer expectations, collaborating with teams, and driving customer loyalty.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process orders through various stages, return authorisations and credit note requests in relevant ERP systems.
- Prioritise your workload, organise your time to meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with your team.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer timely solutions while maintaining positive relationships.
- Process customer invoices following established procedures and ensure accurate turnaround.
- Support the reconciliation of consignment stock, update records accurately, and follow up efficiently.
- Handle basic email queries from customers via CRM systems.
- Perform administrative tasks related to the order-to-cash cycle as directed by your manager.
Key Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems, especially in order-to-cash processes.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and remain composed under pressure.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
