About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Asset Manager to join our team at TN Poland.

As a key member of our Marketing department, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our DAM system, ensuring seamless asset upload, search, and retrieval while maintaining strict metadata standards.

Your expertise in Adobe tools and Adobe Experience Manager will enable you to store and organize digital assets efficiently, overseeing daily management, metadata tagging, and folder structures.

You will be the primary contact for internal and external DAM users, providing guidance, support, and troubleshooting functional issues, as well as preparing and delivering reports, managing dashboards, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and onboard assets into the DAM system and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for user support and training on the digital asset system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain accurate file naming conventions and taxonomies.
  • Conduct regular asset audits, archive expired assets, and generate DAM usage reports.
