We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset Library Manager to join our team at TN Poland. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our digital asset library, ensuring that all assets meet strict industry standards and are properly curated for further adaptation and usage.
The successful candidate will have experience with Adobe Experience Manager – Assets and Workfront, as well as strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills in English, with experience in international environments and markets, are also essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily management and maintenance of our digital asset library.
- Manage and onboard assets into the DAM system and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for user support and training on the digital asset system.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain accurate file naming conventions and taxonomies.
- Conduct regular asset audits, archive expired assets, and generate DAM usage reports.
- Support internal and external users with asset discovery, retrieval, and troubleshooting.
