About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Asset Catalogue Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Poland. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and updating the IT assets catalogue, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of IT hardware and software assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the IT assets catalogue to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of IT hardware and software assets.
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with local entities and stakeholders.
  • Ensure divisional standardization and consolidation strategies are applied on a country level.
  • Act as a catalogue manager and single point of contact with agreed suppliers.
  • Manage the IT contracts database and keep track of renewals.
  • Mentor and guide local colleagues to manage quality, improve processes, and operations.
  • Collect necessary information from countries to analyze new potential areas.
  • Time reporting and budget follow-up.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in asset management or procurement, preferably in an IT organization.
  • Experience in contract management and management of service providers would be an asset.
  • Previous experience with multinational and cross-border organizations.
  • Solid understanding of demand management, cost structure, saving impact on IT budget, and business continuity.
  • Fundamental understanding of IT equipment and computer hardware.
