We invite applications for the role of Senior Accounts Associate in Poland. As part of our team, you'll be responsible for performing primary reviews of invoices against set guidelines, investigating and resolving any discrepancies, and ensuring accurate data entry and invoice postings.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal Polish language skills (B2+), good English language skills, and meaningful work experience. You should be able to prioritize multiple tasks, interact with colleagues at all levels, and possess strong analytical skills.

In this role, you'll also be responsible for vendor statement reconciliations, manual accounts clearing, sending remittance advises to suppliers, and chasing vendors for balance confirmations.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000-$55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as stable employment contracts, various training opportunities, and benefits such as insurance, Multisport membership, and additional vacation days.
