We are seeking a Senior Talent Sourcing Professional with 5+ years of experience in recruitment and a proven track record of filling Senior Manager and Director level roles.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the talent landscape across various industries, be able to conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening and selecting candidates, actively sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, providing feedback, preparing offers, and conducting financial negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes including screening and selecting candidates, actively sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, providing feedback, preparing offers, and conducting financial negotiations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed market mappings to understand the talent landscape and identify potential candidates within specific industry sectors.
  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders at the Director and Executive levels on the progress of recruitment activities, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment systems with accurate and current information on candidate status and recruitment activities. Generate reports and insights to navigate the recruitment pipeline and inform senior stakeholders.
We Are Looking For:
  • Someone with 5+ years of experience in recruitment and a proven track record of filling Senior Manager and Director level roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the talent landscape across various industries.
  • Ability to conduct end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical problem-solver.
  • Produce clear and functional documentation.
