Business Development Manager DACH/NL

Sell services in German-speaking markets for a Polish company with nearly 20 years of tradition.
Job Description:As a Business Development Manager, you will independently lead a project to build a new service branch in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.
- Acquire key contractors and negotiate cooperation agreements in the DACH region.
- Oversee recruitment processes in collaboration with local recruiters, including coordinating employee onboarding.
- Organize accommodation for employees or supervise those responsible for this process.
- Ensure the stability and long-term growth of the company's operations in the German market.
- Monitor labour law regulations and other legal requirements in Germany.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in service sales in German-speaking countries and/or the Netherlands.
- In-depth knowledge of the German-speaking market and an extensive network of contacts in the DACH region.
- Fluency in German and very good English skills.
- Practical experience in HR services or employment agencies is a great asset.
- Knowledge of labour laws and employment regulations in Germany.
- Ability to build business relationships and negotiate terms with contractors.
- Attractive base salary with the possibility of a raise based on results.
