Customer Service Associate with Spanish International Order Management

The Associate with Spanish will play a vital role in supporting all aspects of order entry and order management for sales and consignment orders received for a given market.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Incoming Sales Orders Promptly: Work efficiently to process all sales orders as soon as they come in, identifying and addressing any potential issues that may impact customer demands.
- Maintain Order Accuracy and Speed: Contribute to ensuring our department meets and exceeds its accuracy and speed goals when handling orders.
- Support Electronic Data Interchange (EDI): Collaborate in the management and expansion of EDI, facilitating seamless communication with customers.
- Stay in Touch with Customer Service Teams: Regularly communicate with our Domestic Customer Service teams to resolve any problems promptly.
- Achieve Company Performance Targets: Meet key performance indicator (KPI) goals for order accuracy, EDI management, order delivery times, invoice accuracy, and handing customer complaints.
Requirements
- Education: A Master's or bachelor's degree is an asset.
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in a similar role, with good knowledge of MS Office and strong communication skills.
- Nice to Have: SAP or EDI experience.
- Fluency: English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
