About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive the development of integrated solutions that meet current and future business needs for delivery of one or more projects or activities.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for optimising the value of a solution to DB Schenker and its customers, reducing risk in its solution delivery, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.

This is a fantastic chance to work in a cross-functional and global team, collaborating closely with specialists, technical staff, and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Driving and supporting the solution and development of respective products;
  • Creating architecture-compliant solution strategies for demands (e.g. feasibility studies) that conform to customer requirements and solution development standards;
  • Designing and developing technical, application, and technology architectures in alignment with IT architecture principles;
  • Ensuring consistency and quality of respective products from a solution architecture perspective;
  • Steering and monitoring implementation partners during design and implementation phases;
  • Maintaining deep knowledge of ServiceNow's capabilities and constraints;
  • Recognising and developing opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform;

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical/business area or equivalent work experience;
  • Typically requires 5 years of relevant technical and business experience in ITSM and HRM, with knowledge of service management processes, especially for solutions in ServiceNow;
  • Experience working in cross-functional and global teams, with excellent collaboration skills and ability to establish strong supportive relationships across departments;
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel internationally;
  • Fluent English language skills.
Benefits

Schenker Technology Center Warsaw offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
