Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to oversee the entire development and implementation lifecycle of business processes on the ServiceNow platform. As a master of needs, you will analyze business requirements upfront and throughout development, ensuring solutions perfectly align with goals. This role may also involve leading a team of ServiceNow consultants, guiding them towards successful project delivery. Additionally, you will craft scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions, laying the foundation for future growth. Proactive problem solving is also essential in this position, delivering seamless solutions through the development process.

Requirements:

3+ years experience with ServiceNow platform's architecture is key, as well as a proven track record in customizations, integrations, and project management as lead developer, PM, or architect. A minimum of 3 years ServiceNow implementation experience and knowledge of ITIL/Agile best practices are also required. Proficiency in a programming language (JavaScript, C#, Java, etc.) a must. Any ITOM/Discovery experience, even basic, is a valuable bonus. A good command of English, German or other European language would be an advantage, but not mandatory. Bonus: Multilingual skills and a technical degree are pluses, but not mandatory.
