TÜV Rheinland is seeking a skilled Procurement to Payment (P2P) Process Manager to join our team in Katowice, Poland. As a key member of our Shared Service Centres Organization, you will play a crucial role in streamlining and refining our entire P2P process.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the P2P process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Lead the creation, implementation, and communication of standard P2P processes across all TÜV Rheinland regions.
  3. Initiate and drive continuous improvements, leveraging digital technologies and AI solutions to enhance system and process efficiencies.
  4. Manage projects focused on optimizing and harmonizing the P2P process, working closely with PMO support.
  5. Provide expert guidance on process design, benchmarking, tool implementation, and system changes, collaborating with Process Architects.
  6. Define and oversee rules and guidelines for process compliance and internal controls, ensuring they are followed.
  7. Foster experience exchange and external benchmarking by facilitating internal and external coordination.
  8. Prepare and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including process maps, RACI matrix, and control descriptions.
  9. Manage effective training and communication initiatives related to the P2P process.
  10. Develop and implement performance metrics and regular reporting for the E2E process.
  11. Act as an IT interface, manage IT change requests, coordinating between SSC Operations, IT, and Corporate Centers.
  12. Stay informed on new P2P technologies, including AI capabilities, to evaluate and facilitate their implementation to ensure our processes remain cutting-edge.

About You

  • University degree or diploma required.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Accounts Payable (AP) or Purchase to Pay (P2P) roles.
  • Proven track record of enhancing business processes, with strong leadership and project management skills.
  • An in-depth understanding of P2P processes and supporting systems/tools, with a focus on digitalization and AI integration.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and drive innovation.
  • Creative and innovative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and experience with SAP modules such as FI, VIM, MM, and Ariba, as well as process mining technologies like Signavio.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Strong intercultural awareness.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse, international environment.
  • Experience within a BPO environment as an asset but not a requirement.
