About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Governance Specialist to join our Corporate Secretary Office Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide a full range of corporate secretarial services to legal entities within the State Street Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery of a large portfolio of Cosec office projects and processes required to provide Board Support, Non-Board Support and Policy Administration pillars of the Cosec Team.
  • Board Support: Meeting scheduling, preparation and Board pack creation, in-meeting support and minute taking, and subsequent action tracking.
  • Non-Board Support: Corporate Secretarial work not directly associated with Board Support, including Authorized Signatory and Delegation schedules, KYC and Audit queries, Cosec email inboxes and Collaborate site management.
  • Policy and procedure Administration: Assisting in the administration of the Policies and Procedures Administration and Document Repository.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in English is a must (proficiency in German would be an asset but it's not essential).
  • High level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of Lean or other process improvement concepts.
  • Managing databases, and providing data analysis.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in change management.
  • Ability to proactively prioritize workload and manage own time effectively.
  • Ability to work flexibly to facilitate the needs of the team.
  • Proactive and demonstrate initiative.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual.
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight timelines.
