Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy in terms of product selection, pricing, and quantities.
  • Monitoring the status of orders throughout the fulfillment process and providing updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Addressing customer inquiries related to their orders, including questions about products, shipping times, order modifications, and any issues or complaints.
  • Handling inbound calls and working closely with shipping and logistics departments to arrange for timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
  • Closely cooperating with internal stakeholders (finance, credit, product groups, project managers, sales etc.)
  • Verifying the accuracy of orders-related documents with a thorough understanding of all customer fulfillment requirements.
