Order Management and Fulfillment Coordinator

Motorolabusiness operations are the backbone of our success, and we're looking for a skilled Order Management Specialist to join our team in North America.
As an integral part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end order processing, liaising closely with internal stakeholders and customers. This role offers growth opportunities, a chance to make a significant impact, and develop expertise in a specific function.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy in terms of product selection, pricing, and quantities.
- Monitoring the status of orders throughout the fulfillment process and providing updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Addressing customer inquiries related to their orders, including questions about products, shipping times, order modifications, and any issues or complaints.
- Handling inbound calls and working closely with shipping and logistics departments to arrange for timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
- Closely cooperating with internal stakeholders (finance, credit, product groups, project managers, sales etc.)
- Verifying the accuracy of orders-related documents with a thorough understanding of all customer fulfillment requirements.

This is a mixed-shift position requiring English skills at B2/C1 level, elementary computer literacy, familiarity with Salesforce and Google Workspace, student/college graduation (preferred), experience in Supply Chain/Customer Service/Order Management (welcome), ability to identify basic problems, resolve basic issues within the process, knowledge of where to find help to resolve an issue, team player attitude, ability to work well under pressure, continuous learning mindset, capability to prioritize and efficiently handle various responsibilities, adapting to change, and attention to detail.
