Job Summary

This Service Desk Analyst position offers an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team, supporting multiple customers across various industries. As a key member of our IT support structure, you will contribute significantly to delivering exceptional services by addressing customer queries efficiently.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive IT support through effective ticket management.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.

In addition to technical expertise, you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Essential Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to ITIL framework and ITSM tools.
  • Fluency in Czech and Slovak languages, with English language skills at least B2 level.
