We are looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Engineer to join our team at Wipro Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first and second-level IT support for multiple customers via mail, chat, and calls.

You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed. Additionally, you will log, track, and manage tickets in the IT Service Management (ITSM) tool, ensuring SLAs and response times are met for incident resolution and service requests.

  • This is a challenging role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote desktop tools is highly desirable.
