
IT Service Desk Analyst for Multilingual Environment

Join our team as a Customer Support Specialist with IT expertise and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Technical Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical support via phone, email, chat, and web in Spanish and English.
You will maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by adhering to service management principles and meeting required SLA standards. The role involves handling both calls and chats within standard working hours and taking ownership of user problems.
You will be responsible for logging and verifying customer details, identifying issues, and attempting resolution using relevant resources. We value strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience in IT support in a global organization is essential, along with B2 proficiency in Spanish and Polish. Additional requirements include 1+ years of experience in a Service Desk or similar role, knowledge of customer services, and managing phone calls/chats with customers.
