Customer Service Expert

Becoming a Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer issues and concerns are answered efficiently and effectively. This involves managing all contacts from both internal & external customers made via various channels. You will work within the requirements of data protection legislation to achieve customer and client KPI targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver an excellent customer experience by providing a customer-focused, right first-time service, managing any customer complaints to a satisfactory conclusion.
- To accurately capture data and enter it on to the relevant systems.
- More experienced Advisors will support the Team Leader by mentoring and supporting team members to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency metrics within the business area.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Contact Center as a Multilingual Customer Experience Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to all contacts from both internal & external customers made via multiple channels.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German language - C1
- Previous experience in customer service field
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Knowledge of MS Office package
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and ownership of customer problems, inspiring customer confidence.
