As a member of our Support Operations Team, your primary goal is to ensure exceptional customer experiences by providing timely and effective technical support. To achieve this, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver technical support to clients via multiple communication channels, including email and phone;
  2. Utilize remote access tools to diagnose and resolve software issues on clients' computers;
  3. Efficiently document customer interactions in the ticketing system;
  4. Analyze and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems;
  5. Educate clients on how to use our products and services effectively;
  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to escalate complex issues and implement process improvements.
