Job Summary

PMSolutions is seeking an experienced Help Desk Expert with Danish Language Skills to join our team. As a Help Desk Expert, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients who require assistance with computer hardware and/or software applications, mobile devices, and networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to end-users via phone, email, or remote desktop sessions.
  • Log all service requests into our company's service call tracking system.
  • Record the problem description, including specific error messages and/or symptoms, any troubleshooting steps taken, and the result.
  • Follow-up on closed service requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in training initiatives to new and current employees.

Requirements

  • Fluent Danish language skills.
  • Strong command of English language.
  • Eager to learn new technologies.
