Job Title: Recruiter

At RISK, we are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for positions across the EU Zone and Central Asia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Sourcing Strategies: Create and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple channels.
  • Candidate Interviews and Assessments: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our roles.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring needs.
  • Candidate Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Market Insights and Analysis: Provide valuable insights on market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent availability.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the EU market and Central Asia.
  • Qualifications: Proven track record of successful placements in various industries.
  • Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Ukrainian, both written and verbal.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the European labor market and employment regulations.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Tools and Technology: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
