Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our Core Business Services team in Warsaw, Poland. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for supporting our recruitment processes across various departments, including IT, HR, Finance, Legal, and others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire recruiting process, from requirements analysis to sourcing and closing.
  • Advise hiring managers on sustainable recruiting strategies and act as a sparring partner for stakeholders.
  • Attract candidates and conduct initial video interviews to inspire them to join our team.
  • Guide talents through the entire selection process, from screening incoming applications to extending offers.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in an international context or professional services.
  • Fluent English skills and persuasive communication abilities.
  • Good knowledge of MS 365 Office (MS Teams and Outlook as a must).
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, combined with flexibility and organizational talent.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Completed degree in economics, psychology, human resource management, or a similar field.
