As a key member of our team, you will advise business stakeholders on talent strategies, living our values of Go Beyond, Do What Matters Most, and Keep it Human. You will be seen as a trusted partner across the HR function and the business, leaving a lasting and positive imprint on candidates, hiring leaders, and colleagues.

The IT Recruiter at Haleon will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle within the Tech functions in Poland. You will drive recruitment strategies and partner with hiring managers to deliver top talent to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a talent advisor for hiring managers by understanding their business needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, and delivering top talent to the organization.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for Tech positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
  • Coordinate the offer process aligned with the company rewards policy, including negotiating salaries and benefits with candidates.
  • Drive candidate engagement and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Use data to drive recruitment decisions and provide regular updates to stakeholders, hiring managers, and/or HRBPs.
  • Influence peers, mentoring other members of the TA team, providing guidance and support on recruitment best practices and process improvements.
  • Identify and propose simple changes for local process, focused on continuously improving recruitment processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Why You?

You have a minimum of 3-4 years of full-cycle in-house recruiting or a mix of an in-house and agency background for IT roles in complex organizations. Your strong track record in building partnership relationships with stakeholders (hiring managers, candidates, HRBPs, TA team members) will be essential in this role.

Your expertise in developing effective multi-channel recruitment strategies and strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends will enable you to deliver results-driven solutions. Additionally, your proficiency in Polish and English, both written and spoken, will facilitate communication with stakeholders and candidates.

With organizational and time management skills, you will be able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Your analytical skills will also enable you to use data to drive recruitment decisions. We are looking for a results-driven individual who can work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

We offer a competitive salary of around €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
