Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Business Development Manager to join our logistics department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for negotiating, executing, and managing contracts with existing and new suppliers and partners to align with organizational goals and objectives.

You will lead the tendering process for new logistics solutions, from preparation of tender documents to evaluation of proposals. Additionally, you will oversee the administration system for logistics operations, ensuring accurate and efficient management of information and processes.

Key responsibilities include contributing to the achievement of P&L targets by managing and reporting costs, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and managing cross-functional projects powered by data-driven insights.

As a leader, you will be responsible for continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality within the logistics network.

Requirements include a B.Sc./M.Sc. in Logistics, Business, Economics, or a related field, experience in automotive logistics, freight forwarding, finished vehicle logistics, and transportation. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and fluency in English are also essential.
