The Business Development Consultant Role:
You will play a crucial part in expanding our client base in the US Life Sciences industry, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Life Sciences sector.
- Market Expansion: Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and increase our presence in the US Life Sciences industry.
- Business Development: Drive revenue growth by setting and achieving strategic business goals.
- Team Collaboration: Support junior team members, helping them develop their sales skills and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in client development, sales, or recruitment, preferably in the Life Sciences sector.
- Strong strategic client management skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and compellingly.
- Fluent in English (C1 minimum).
