Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Accelerator to drive accelerated growth in the Veterinary Business Pillar. This role involves achieving strategic goals through direct calls and meetings with Veterinary Clinics, identifying opportunities for new business development and increasing points of distribution.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, preferably in vet/bio/chem/zootechnical education, and 2+ years of business-to-business sales experience preferably in vet clinics. Key responsibilities include achieving profitable sales growth objectives within assigned territory by utilizing strong selling skills and developing customer relationships. The successful candidate will also be able to travel and be mobile for up to a third of the calendar year, possess excellent communication skills, and be self-motivated with a focus on achieving qualitative and quantitative results.
