Global Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth through sales of our IT services, both locally and internationally.
About UsMadiff is a leading IT consulting firm specializing in software engineering and outsourcing since 2015. We deliver innovative solutions to major industries including telecom, defense, and finance.
Responsibilities- Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue from the sale of our IT services globally.
- Understand Customer Needs: Provide professional advice to customers on proposed IT services, ensuring their needs are met.
- Negotiate Terms: Collaborate with clients to negotiate terms of cooperation and build long-term relationships.
- Manage Recruitment: Work with the recruitment department to manage the hiring process for your own team.
- Collaborate with Technical Consultants: Maintain strong relationships with technical consultants within your business unit.
- Contribute to Business Strategy: Participate in developing and implementing business strategy to drive growth.
- Lead Sales Team: Build and manage your own sales team to help grow your Global Business Unit.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the IT outsourcing sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the IT/ITO/ICT industry.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership: Ambition to lead a team and build your own desk.
- Language: Excellent command of English.
- International Environment: Work in a multilingual, multinational, and multicultural environment on international projects.
- Ownership and Earning Potential: Ownership of your own desk and earning potential.

We estimate that this role will attract a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
