With 15 years of experience, we've established ourselves as a leading player in the international toy market. Our products are featured in top retailers like Smyk, Empik, Rossmann, and Lidl.
Job OverviewWe're seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in European markets. This role is perfect for someone who excels in developing and nurturing client relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively hunt for new clients through cold calling, referrals, networking, and participation in trade shows (both regional and national)
- Develop B2B relationships with clients and potential clients, ensuring daily interactions with new and existing customers
- Identify, qualify, and maintain existing accounts to drive business growth
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to clients' needs on time
- Assist new clients by answering questions about products, services, and price plans
- Initiate new customer and vendor relationships, creating opportunities for growth
- Lead generation, tracking, and follow-up
- Prepare regular, scheduled reporting as required by decision-makers
- Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment with brand strategies in forecasting, business planning, and pipeline development
- Minimum three years of commercial experience in a similar position in the toy industry in Poland (preferred International markets)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Polish
- Ability to build positive and long-term relationships with Clients
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Ability to aggregate and represent sales data
- Strong ability to persuade, motivate, and influence others
- Self-driven, results-oriented individual with a positive outlook and clear focus on high quality and business profitability
- Willingness to travel for sales meetings, trade shows, and customer visits
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools (HubSpot preferable), B2B e-commerce platforms
- Dynamic Team Environment: Collaborate with a motivated, experienced team that thrives on creativity and innovation in the toy industry

The estimated salary for this position is around €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
