Your Role

In this position as a Sales Senior Account Manager, you will play a crucial part in shaping our company's future by developing and implementing strategic account visions and strategies for target accounts. You will be responsible for proposing our BPO services to prospect clients, driving lead generation, and fostering relationships with potential clients.

Your duties will include engaging with our marketing team to drive lead generation, developing relationships with potential clients through various channels, and leading cross-functional meetings to ensure seamless execution of projects. You will also be responsible for negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of results.

The Ideal Candidate

Requirements

  • Native Polish Language.
  • Fluency in English Language, C1/C2 level or Higher.
  • Polish Market Sales Previous Experience – is a must.
  • Min 3 years of Sales experience in BPO or IT Sector.
  • Previous experience in BPO is a Must.
  • CEE Market Previous Experience - will be a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree is a Must.
  • Previous experience in Software sales/SaaS/ Tech Sales – will be a plus.
  • Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.
  • Success record – multi-million contracts for both new business and existing projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
