Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sales Senior Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for proposing our BPO services to prospect clients and driving lead generation through engagement with our marketing team.

You will develop relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, emails, and other platforms. Your responsibility will start from lead generation to negotiation through to transition planning and final contract signature.

You will lead cross-functional meetings to review information received from operational support functions and partners versus the client's requirements to prepare the perfect fit model to propose to the client.

The Profile

Targeted Qualifications

  • Native Polish Language.
  • Fluency in English Language, C1/C2 level or Higher.
  • Polish Market Sales Previous Experience – is a must.
  • Min 3 years of Sales experience in BPO or IT Sector.
  • Previous experience in BPO is a Must.
  • CEE Market Previous Experience - will be a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree is a Must.
  • Previous experience in Software sales/SaaS/ Tech Sales – will be a plus.
  • Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.
  • Success record – multi-million contracts for both new business and existing projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
