We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Wholesale Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Wholesale Team, you will be responsible for managing our wholesale customers and driving revenue growth in key markets.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth in our wholesale business.
- Customer Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our existing wholesale customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the A2P SMS wholesale market.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our Enterprise sales and Carrier teams to develop and implement regional strategic plans to support our global wholesale business.
- Experience: Proven track record of success in the A2P SMS wholesale market, with experience in business development, customer management, and market intelligence.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
