Job Description:

As a Freelance Online Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and evaluating candidates using various online platforms and tools. Your keen eye for talent will help ensure that both our clients and candidates find the best fit for their needs, driving business success.

Responsibilities:
  • Source candidates through social media, job boards, and professional networks, utilizing various online platforms and tools to identify top talent.
  • Prepare and post engaging job descriptions to attract a diverse pool of applicants, highlighting the benefits of working with The House of Mercier.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
  • Maintain open communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing support and updates to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture, tailoring our recruitment strategy to meet their unique requirements.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to refine processes and improve outcomes, driving business success.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in online recruitment, continually developing your expertise.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in an online setting, demonstrating a strong understanding of digital recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring timely completion of tasks and accurate data management.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment, maintaining productivity and focus.
  • Proficiency in using online recruitment tools and platforms, streamlining the recruitment process.
  • A keen understanding of different industries and the talent landscape, enabling informed recruitment decisions.
  • C1/C2 level English proficiency, facilitating clear communication with clients and candidates.
