HR Specialist - Life Cycle

Your responsibilities encompass a range of HR administration tasks, including entering or updating personal information records, job or position assignment records, and salary information management.

  • Candidates will be responsible for creating and distributing employee letters, such as contracts of employment, salary increase notifications, and job title change documentation.
  • Enquiries related to HR data and administration will also fall within the scope of this role.
  • The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, including laws, internal procedures, and policies.
  • This position requires the ability to work in line with agreed procedures, SLAs, and KPIs, as well as meeting customer expectations.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues from other streams and departments, as well as stakeholders across the firm, is essential.

Our Requirements

  • An excellent command of English is mandatory.
  • Experience working in HR administration and a thorough understanding of its specific requirements are necessary.
  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience in an international environment is required.
  • Candidates should possess a people-focused approach and exceptional client-centric skills.
  • A collaborative working style, combined with the ability to work independently, is essential.
