About the Role

A Technical Program Manager is required for the Cloud Platform team within the Product Design and Manufacturing Solutions (PDMS) organization at Autodesk.

The team defines and builds the software platform that the Fusion family of products is built upon, driving developer productivity, device independence, and consistency.

We are on a multi-year journey to improve the Design to Manufacture world with Fusion by delivering unprecedented value and converging workflows with cloud-based technology.

This is a fast-paced environment, using Agile methodologies, where you will help our Platform service teams deliver our vision with high transparency and efficiency.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead programs focused on delivering platform technologies, guiding alignment of cross-organizational initiatives through planning, dependency management, and impediment removal.

You will engage business stakeholders to maintain strategy, priority, and requirements alignment, using technical acumen while facilitating discussions between technical stakeholders.

The position is based in Krakow (Hybrid), with a competitive compensation package, discretionary annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock or long-term incentive cash grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on, end-to-end, Program Management from design to delivery
  • Lead programs focused on delivering platform technologies
  • Guide alignment of cross-organizational initiatives through planning, dependency management, and impediment removal
  • Engage business stakeholders to maintain strategy, priority, and requirements alignment
  • Use technical acumen while facilitating discussions between technical stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Product Owner
  • Extensive experience working with business and technical stakeholders in highly complex plans involving multiple software engineering teams
