About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing payroll and administrative tasks for around 1000 employees based in France.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage personnel and payroll data, benefits, and talent administration for employees in France.
- Collaborate closely with local team members, HR Managers, Reward Partners, and line managers to investigate employee cases and answer queries.
- Process changes in employment lifecycle, including new hires, transfers, terminations, time and attendance, benefits, and payroll data input to Workday and SAP HR.
- Participate in regional/global improvement projects and deliver customer solutions.
What You Need to Succeed:
- A bachelor's degree or vocational degree.
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or similar roles.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Familiarity with Workday, SNOW, and Excel.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive behavior.
