We are seeking a highly experienced Payroll and Administration Specialist - France to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and payroll support to employees based in France.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing payroll and administrative tasks for around 1000 employees based in France.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage personnel and payroll data, benefits, and talent administration for employees in France.
  • Collaborate closely with local team members, HR Managers, Reward Partners, and line managers to investigate employee cases and answer queries.
  • Process changes in employment lifecycle, including new hires, transfers, terminations, time and attendance, benefits, and payroll data input to Workday and SAP HR.
  • Participate in regional/global improvement projects and deliver customer solutions.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • A bachelor's degree or vocational degree.
  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, or similar roles.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Familiarity with Workday, SNOW, and Excel.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive behavior.
