Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administration and Payroll Specialist to join our team at Philips. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR processes and policies, experience in payroll is an asset, and knowledge of Workday/SAP HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process employee data changes, including new hires, transfers, time & attendance, benefits, and payroll.
  2. Prepare employment documentation, such as contracts of employment and leaver letters.
  3. Generate administrative and payroll reports, including Workday reports.
  4. Support HR Advisors with complex queries related to administration and payroll areas.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a changing environment with demanding deadlines and timescales.
