Office Administration Specialist

This role involves providing administrative and payroll support to employees based in France, working closely with the local team at Philips People Services.
You will be responsible for managing personnel & payroll data, benefits, and talent administration, ensuring seamless payroll processing and efficient employee services. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing payroll and administrative tasks for around 1000 employees;
- Liaising with HR Managers, Reward Partners, and line managers to investigate employee queries and resolve issues promptly;
- Processing changes in employees' employment lifecycle, including new hires, transfers, terminations, time & attendance, benefits, and payroll data input to Workday, SAP HR;
- Participating in regional/global improvement projects and delivering high-quality customer solutions.
