About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Administration and Payroll Specialist to join our team at Philips. The role involves performing administrative and payroll tasks for employees based in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage personnel and payroll data, benefits, and talent administration for employees based in the UK and Ireland.
  2. Liaise with HR Managers, Reward Partners, and People Managers to investigate particular employees' cases.
  3. Perform internal controls in accordance with ICS/SoX.
  4. Collaborate with vendors, external providers, and other supporting departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to prioritize and manage workload effectively, and have excellent teamwork skills.
