About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong knowledge of labor law, social security, and tax regulations. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing HR and payroll documentation, processing and verifying payroll calculations, and managing employee records.
You will work closely with our HR team to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, you will administer employee benefits, prepare internal reports, and analyze data to inform business decisions.
Requirements- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and payroll-related roles
- Strong knowledge of labor law, social security, and tax regulations
- Hands-on experience in payroll calculations and the settlement of civil law contracts
- Proficiency in Comarch OPTIMA and Płatnik software
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
