They will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of payroll data, setting up new hires, and compiling statistical information for decision-making purposes. Additionally, they will need to evaluate current policies and processes to improve efficiency and respond to employee queries.
Our employer requires a good knowledge of one of the European languages, a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, and experience with different payroll packages.
A proactive and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team is preferred.
