Data Science Lead for Innovation Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Lead to join our innovative team and lead our Algorithmic Products Roadmap in a growing area of business for P&G.

About the Role

In this role, you will use your technical expertise to collaborate with cross-functional teams in developing new features, technology strategies, and transform the future with AI.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement product roadmaps in partnership with IT Product Directors and stakeholders from all levels of the company.
  • Define and execute plans for business activations and technical innovation.
  • Lead activation and measurement across markets and capabilities through a global multifunctional organization.
  • Partner with Data Science and AI Engineering teams on building and operating Algorithmic Products.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in product management roles, including managing E2E product lifecycles and leading stakeholder engagements.
  • Hands-on technical experience or educational background in AI, algorithmic products, big data, or similar fields.
  • In-depth understanding of Data Science and its applications.
  • Experience leading Business Process Transformation projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
