At sennder, we are revolutionizing road freight logistics by digitizing and automating processes. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving top-line growth for existing customers while identifying new opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Pursue new leads through cold and warm outreach to generate customer opportunities.
  • Own the entire pipeline from lead generation to close, taking full ownership of sales activities.
  • Communicate sennder's value proposition and capabilities to logistics procurement leadership across various industries.
  • Regularly attend meetings with prospects and active shippers to build relationships and identify business opportunities.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, from transportation managers to senior executives, to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the account management and carrier teams to develop strategic plans for existing customers.
  • Monitor core metrics for your pipeline and regularly report on progress internally.

You will also be responsible for leading RFP process activities, including completing RFIs, documenting reviews, summarizing information, and distributing it to relevant stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in acquiring new logos in the logistics industry, a proven track record of landing and growing business with mid-market and enterprise customers, and excellent communication skills to package valuable information for both customers and internal stakeholders.
