Job Title: Cash Application Senior Analyst

Job Summary:

3M is seeking a highly skilled Cash Application Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for the daily processing of open items on bank statements, monitoring and resolving On Account items, conducting monthly Bad Debt write-off activities, and performing essential month-end activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the daily processing of open items on bank statements to accurately reflect client money transfers.
  • Monitor and resolve On Account items regularly to maintain financial integrity.
  • Conduct monthly Bad Debt write-off activities to keep our financial records clean and accurate.
  • Perform essential month-end activities to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of Serrala.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 combined years of finance, accounting, customer issue resolution, credit & collection experience.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution (Finance or similar majors).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with customer service processes and systems – SAP and Salesforce (or other CRM system).
  • Proven by experience knowledge of accounting.

  • Ability to solve problems and communicate properly.
  • Proactive attitude towards all assigned duties.
