Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at DSV. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels

• Process and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

• Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery

• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
