Machine Learning Expert for Smart Robotics Solutions

We're on a mission to revolutionize the way robots interact with the physical world at NOMAGIC Sp. Z O.o.

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you'll be working on hard problems like understanding the real world and building new ML-based approaches to expand our robots' capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy novel ML methods to enable using new grippers for handling various products
  • Detect anomalies such as product opening in motion to request human assistance
  • Automate data and model retraining pipelines for efficient performance evaluation
  • Create tooling for qualitative and quantitative analysis of computer vision model performance
  • Evaluate and monitor ML models in production, detecting data drifts and degraded performance issues

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Computer Science or related field with equivalent experience
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and software engineering expertise
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages (Python primary, C++ and Rust welcome)
  • 2+ years of experience delivering complex software system components
  • Knowledge of ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
  • Familiarity with data-centric approach to training, deploying, and monitoring ML models
